It’s been a while I know, I know but life has been…we’ll it’s been crazy I can’t even tell you where the past year has went but it’s Summer and we’re back. I think one of the best parts about motherhood is the activities that you can do with your little one. Despite COVID-19 coming in and wreaking havoc on a lot of plans, thankfully a lot of activities are still possible and a great Summer filled with countless memories can still be had.
I called my sister and said, lets go strawberry picking, I wasn’t sure if she’d be down but to my surprise and excitement she was and the cherry on top was my brother in law Adam joining as well. So the five of us packed into moms mini van and headed to Willowtree Farm. It was a really hot day, I was so worried about it being too much for the littles ones (we have a new one month old and a two year old).
We got to the farm which was not too far from home (approximately 20 minutes), the drive was smooth and the traffic was light. We pulled in and it was really easily accessible. The strawberry picking was in it’s own section towards the back and so we headed there, the staff was so friendly and pleasant.
We had a great time we were there for about an hour and a half at most, it wasn’t too busy, it was strategically spaced out and we happened to meet a really nice family who were picking as well. Overall this was a phenomenal experience, great for small families, couples, single moms with bubs and the likeness.
